In addition to recording and performing, the members of Myserk are dedicated to the education of traditional music. All faculty members of the Irish Fest School of Music in Milwaukee, WI (Brett, a founding member in 2002 and current instructor; Randy, an instructor since 2004; Asher, a founding/former instructor 2002-2010), members of Myserk have taught at a number of national and international traditional/folk music schools/camps/weekends including Milwaukee Irish Fest Summer School (Milwaukee, WI), University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee “Stringalong Weekend” (Milwaukee, WI), Lacrosse Irish Fest Summer School (LaCrosse, WI), Central Wisconsin Irish Fest (Wausau, WI), Minnesota Irish Music Weekend (St. Paul, MN), Chicago Folk Festival (Chicago, IL), Grand Canyon Celtic Arts Academy (Flagstaff, AZ), and Association-Irlandaise (Paris, FRA).
